Stress is held in the body, not the mind. The antidote is physical. Clients often enter into work with me through one of these points. ⭐️ However, as in life, where we start is not always where we end up. When we are running at our best, all of these areas are receiving attention. If you love a good visual (like I do!) this might help you pull apart where things could be off for you right now. What point is easy for you? Which is more challenging?⭐️ Maybe for this week: just add in 1 thing this week from your most challenging point. Maybe try a new recipe, go to bed earlier one night, reach out to a friend that’s been on your mind, pray more, or update your LinkedIn account.⭐️ Just 1!!!⭐️ Become aware of the critical voice in your head.We often think motivation comes from being hard on yourself (or others). But, this is often not the case. Critical, harsh comments often stifle progress and growth. Instead, focus on encouragement and finding support.
