When you are coming from a place of depleted, exhausted, overwhelmed, high stress...think about rebalancing your nervous system. It is not in your best interest to stay in the fight/flight mode (sympathetic nervous system) for long periods of time. This depletes you and your body of energy, the ability to absorb vital nutrients, increases inflammation and is horrible on your mood. 🥴

Yes, stress is a normal part of life and some seasons seem to be full of it. I would guess you can easily slip into this mode!
