The first one is from Vanderbilt and the second from Duke. My certification is from Duke but this summer I’m working with medical students from Vanderbilt and will be using their wheel.
I really love *Daily Rhythm and Balance* on Vanderbilt's wheel. It made me think, what’s my daily rhythm?
